   - Run dotnetfx1.exe from LEGEND/ dir
   - Run surfcam III sp1.msi
   - copy mfc71.dll to Windows/system32
1) Patch

   - Copy FA4B.sentinel and SentinelFilter.sys to Windows/system32
   - Run LND Sentinel Emulator Utility, press INSTALL button and close utility
2) DONE so enjoy another fine LEGEND-Release !
