Bentley Microstation Triforma XM v08.09.03.XX
installed :
1. Install.
2. Run Electrical.Systems.bat
3. Run Bentley Building Electrical System.
4. Run License tool from menu, "Utilities | License Management".
5: It can't find a Select Server, press OK. It asks you insert Select Server 
   Settings, press cancel.
6. Now we see the license management tool. Choose "File | Import" and import 
   Bulding.Electrical.xml Datagroup.Catalogue.xml and Parametric.Cell.xml. 

"Failed to retrieve a list of available licenses" is a normal message.

Note, fill in your own Data in any *** for the xml files
