1.Install Cadence License Manager close when open configuration
2.Copy the folder LicenseManager from medicine folder and apply it on C:\Cadence go inside and run the server_install.bat wai till finish
3.Create System Enviroments:CDS_LIC_FILE=5280@localhost
4.Install Cadence Fidelity 2023.2 during installation will choose don't specify license server now
5.copy the folder Cadence from the medicine and replace the file C:\Program Files (x86)
